Snatch: 1 Rep Every 30s for 10 Minutes @ 75%

MetCon – For Rounds:
1 Minute to Complete
5 Pull Ups
5 Burpees
10 Air Squats
(If Round is not completed within 1 minute then athlete must run for distance the remaining minutes of workout.)
