Warm-up: Wrist/Arm Circles (all ways), Leg Swings (all ways), (10 Hollow Rocks, 10 Superman Rocks, 10 Jumping Air Squats x3)

Bench Press: 3×5

Close-Grip Bench Press: 3×12

MetCon – 8 Minute AMRAP:
1 Power Clean (115/85lbs)
1 Push Press (115/85lbs)
1 Sit-Up
(Increase each Round by 1 Rep)

I am pleased to report that our Olypmic lifting class was a success! I can say that everyone picked up a few things they need to work on as well as improving on a few elements during class, myself included. I look forward to seeing more of you there next Wednesday. Remember if you are participating in the class be warmed-up and ready by to lift by 7:30pm sharp, but stay out of the way of the 6:30 class!

P.S. Don’t forget to sign-up on the whiteboard for food or drinks for the Christmas Party!
