-Wow. Excellent efforts thread the theme of this Tuesday at Ktown! I don’t know what got into you guys, but I saw some of you come out of your fitness shells and crush this lady named Cindy today.
-For those of you who aren’t aware, we will be posting workouts while we are closed this Thursday and Friday, as well as next Monday and Tuesday. So for those of you who are looking for a workout or simply need an excuse to get away from your in-laws, we will help you out.
