Finisher: Waiter’s Walk circa bldg. (50/35lbs)

The picture says it all.  I hope everyone comes out for CrossFit Ktown’s first ever field trip.  It’s going to be a lot of fun, and we’re eating some good barbeque after.  How can you beat that?!  It seems to me to be the perfect end of week recovery day.  If you have any questions, holla at us in the comments.

    Ya’ll have fun on the CrossFit Ktown field trip… Remember, you don’t have to outrun the bear you just have to outrun the person your with. =o)

    Good news. I’ve found a Crossfit gym here in Al Asad. Not to mention, some LT is a instructor as well. So, my form may get better as well. I’ll try to keep up as much as possible and recruit whomever I can to follow the Ktown WOD.

    I have failed my brethren. I have selfishly concerned myself with beach trips, bad food, and shark catching, and in doing so, i have lost site of what’s important: Crossfit. I shall never stray again.
