Are you finally ready to achieve your fitness goals? Are you interested in losing weight, improving cholesterol levels, relieving stress, or enhancing your overall fitness? Maybe you are just looking to have some fun in an enjoyable community environment. Whatever the case may be, CrossFit Ktown is ready to welcome you to the family. Getting started at CFK is easy, and you have many options with which to do so.
Every Saturday morning at 10:00AM we host a free workout that is open to anyone and everyone. Don’t worry if the Saturday morning workout doesn’t fit your schedule. You can call or email us to set up a free private intro session at your convenience. The typical intro session includes a thorough warm-up, skill based work for whatever movement(s) we are performing that day, and a short MetCon. We will conclude the intro session with a short Q&A where you can fill in any informational gaps you have about the program.
Everyone is then required to go through our four-session fundamental classes. These fundamental classes will put you one on one with a CrossFit coach and introduce you to the core movements and philosophies of our program. Upon completion of the four fundamental classes, you will have access to any of our group classes.
If you have health or orthopedic issues, don’t care for group classes, or would rather have a program tailor-made to suit your specific, identifiable goals then contact us via phone or email. We will then sit down with you and schedule private training sessions. We require a minimum of 12 sessions if you choose private training because of the enormous amount of resource we will be investing in you as an individual.
