-We’ll keep it short today…only because it’s really hard to follow such a witty post, such as the previous one made by Coach G. I really wanted to point out one of our client’s progress tonight. Her name is Surekha Murti. Watching her today was incredible! From her box squats to her hanging DB power cleans I couldn’t believe how much she has come in the past few months. I don’t want everyone to think that I’m only praising her, because I see progression in everyone at CrossFit Ktown. I don’t give praise just because you’re one of our clients, you really have to put some effort into your WODs to qualify you for a Coach CBo compliment. I did, however, want to compliment Surekha for all the hard work she’s put into her training. She’s reaping benefits all across the board, and as her coach I couldn’t be more proud. Her progress is nowhere close from slowing down, and neither is any of yours. I’m going to write a poem for Surekha:

The sun is bright

The grass is green

Surekha’s MetCon time

Looks pretty mean.

She cleans and Jerks

Without thinking twice,

She’s one bad mamma jamma

But she sure is nice!

-I’ll stick to coaching…

Coach CBo

I have known Surekha for a while now, and I have to agree, that she is one of the nicest and most caring people you will meet. Keep up the great work!

It’s always fun hearing her tell us how much she has improved her running or her sprint triathlon time. She is getting strooooooooooong.

WELL DONE Surekha!!!! Keep it up. You are getting stronger and in better shape and we all can see it. That’s what it is all about. We are all here to improve our overall fitness. You and I will never be able to do what some of these other Ktowners can do. But you and I can continue to improve our own PR’s and feel better about ourselves. OK . . . I’m getting off my soapbox now . . .
