Warm-Up: 25 Single Jump ropes w/ 1 leg (both legs), 50 Single Jump Ropes, 20 Bulgarian Split Squats (70/40lbs), 10 Chin Ups, 10 Diamond Push Ups, 500m Row

Press: 1-1-1-1-1

MetCon – AMRAP in 7 min:

5 KB Swings (70/50lbs)

200m Run

(Score is only completed Rounds)

Finisher: 3×7 Strict Dead Hang Leg Lifts (Use Stall Bars if you have them)

-I really don’t feel trying to follow G’s post yesterday, so I will only second his notion of getting out and trying new sports & experiences. I plan on learning how to swim in the following months, as I am about as graceful in the water as a baby deer trying to walk.
