A little action from Saturday's free class!

Warm-up: (15 Lunges, 20 Sit-Ups, Row 300m x2), Foam Roll T-Spine

Snatch Balance: 1RM

Snatch: 6 Singles at 70% 1RM

Speed Squats: 10×2 on the minute

MetCon – For Time:
80/50 Push-Ups (Chest-2-Ground)
(Every time you break do 10 air squats)

This past weekend was an all around success. G’s meeting in Nashville with the Marines went extremely well, the Saturday class was hoppin’ with a fun outdoor MetCon, and the ladies of the affiliate cup team plus a few other amazing CFK’ers rocked a crazy hard MetCon. Coach’s Birthday party also went off without a hitch (although I wouldn’t know because I went to the wrong dog park…). The Hooligans soccer team which has several members from CFK won an exciting match yesterday 3-2. They came from behind and the winning goal came in the last minute of the game!  And most importantly Barcelona kicked Real Madrid’s butt in El Clasico.

The weekend could only have been better if the Possums had won, but we’ll say it’s because James couldn’t play,

    The only thing missing from Saturday was the group photo at the end of the metcon. Oh well, maybe next Saturday.

    Looks like a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. I assume most of the tears were James’.
