Bench: 5RM

Deadlift: 1RM

    DAMN you for having this heavy lifting day today, when I’m returning tomorrow. EVERYONE knows bench, deadlift, and squat are 3 of my favorite things. I feel like I just woke up and ran downstairs on Christmas morning…only to find out that Christmas happened yesterday and all my toys were given to Blake along with a brand new set of Air Bergins. Additionally, on this mythological day of woe, Erin Slocum is elected the first ginger president, Paulie Shore wins an Oscar, and Caleb is not the sexiest bartender in Knoxville.

    Taylor, I deadlifted 520 and am now #1 on the board, just so you know.

    Your squat is still safe though, you huge man you.
