That sandbag takes up more than 1/2 of her body!

Sometimes getting out of the rower is the hardest part.

Warm-up: 10 KB Swings (50/35lb), 10 Plate Snatches (45/25lb), 10 Reverse Hypers, Samson Stretch (30 Seconds each leg)

Deadlift: 5RM at 80% 5RM

Speed Squat: 10×2 on the Minute
(Same weight a last week)

MetCon – Tabata:
Toes-2-Bar

Finisher: Seal Stretch (30 Seconds), Frog Stretch (30 Seconds), 15 Pull-Ups

Just a few announcements today and lots of pictures from yesterday’s MetCon. Everyone did amazing yesterday, but a few shout-outs go to Surekha who carried the 40lb sandbag, Lee and Kathryn for Rx’ing the workout, and all the fellas who used the 120lb sandbag and scaled up. You made us look like wimps.

Announcements:
(1) It’s April and you have until the 10th to pay unless you have given us notice.
(2) It’s feeling like summer so start bringing a large water bottle.
(3) For those interested there will be some more workouts this weekend. Be at CFK at 9AM.

    Those are some good lookin crossfitters…I always miss the sandbag metcons, one of these days I will get to do it.
