Warm-up: 3 Rounds – 20 High Knees, 20 Butt Kicks, 10 Frankensteins; 3 Rounds – 5 Good Mornings, 5 Behind the Neck Push Press, 5 OHS

Deadlift: 5-3-1

MetCon – AMRAP 12 min:
6 min –
10 Burpee Pull-ups
4 Cleans (135/95lbs)
6 min –
10 V-ups
4 Snatches (135/95lbs)

Good to be back in the gym today.  If there is a gaping hole in your week, fill it with the open gym tomorrow morning at 9AM or the free class at 10AM.
