MetCon – Bottom-to-Bottom Tabata:
20 seconds on and 10 seconds off of air squats
hold the 10 seconds of rest in the bottom of the air squat

Are anyone’s legs still burning? Hopefully not. I couldn’t help but pity all of you as I watched your agonized faces with the lactic acid coursing and burning your legs. Is it wrong that I giggled some of the while? Maybe it’s sick that I laughed while everyone was in pain. Yea it probably is, but it was just funny to watch everyone’s squat become a half squat- half stand- half lean over, and the ensuing moan that followed every release from the bottom hold to the next round of squats was just too funny.

Anyway remember our holiday hours for the 31st will be normal with the exception of no 6:30pm class and the 1st will have no morning classes. Also, as Coach CBo noted on the board today, our Paleo Challenge is fast approaching and our two seminars will be on Saturday Jan. 2nd at noon and Sunday Jan 3rd at 1:30pm. Our Challenge begins the 11th. If you can’t make it to the lecture but are still interested in participating, we will get together with you and go over details. Sign-ups will be at the gym.
