Tell your friends, family, and enemies that we are not going to be open Saturday.  What does this mean to you all?  It means you need to plan on doing your Open 12.2 workout on Friday.  If you absolutely cannot, you can get with a coach and set up a time to do it Thursday.  We will have early indicators of score on this workout thanks to Kyle and R. Kelly volunteering to do it late Wednesday night before they head to Mexico.  Team players!!

Also, thanks to everyone’s hard work on 12.1, Jacked and Tan is ranked 8th in the Central East region.  Shall we improve upon this ranking?  I am willing to give it a shot…

    Last week my arm got into a picture. This week, my legs. My mom is getting all the pieces cut out as she hopes to make a composite photograph to put on her refrigerator.
