I promised Karen I would finish the rough draft of a post I told her about several months ago. I am breaking my promise. The thing is, the O-class tonight was just too much fun. I got to lift with them. I also got to witness several new PRs off the low blocks. SamCat made me really proud with their two-tempo pulls for the C&J. Their pulls have come so far!
And so I didn’t get out until late. And then I had to warm dinner up and eat. Shower. Did I mention the dogs? Oh how we all live such busy lives nowadays. I wanted to clean up the post on my allegory of the pain cave, but I just ran out of time. I also wanted to catch some comedy from the DNC, but that won’t be happening tonight either.
Two things to take away from this post: Olympic lifting class is baller-status whatever day of the week it may fall on, and yes, I do actually rough draft a lot of my posts. Sorry for prose rocking!
