For the most part, we all now know our Cindy scores. Congratulations to everyone for the efforts they gave on their Cindy benchmark workout. Another big congrats to those who completed today’s workout prescribed – it was nasty.
NOTICE! There will be no Saturday morning workout next weekend (August 8th). Instead, we will be taking a CrossFit Ktown field trip to the Smokies for a little trail jog. The trail jog is to support our very own Dani Huff. She’s heading to Memphis for law school, and there’s no better send off than a trail jog – one of her favorite hobbies. The details are still in the works; all I can tell you now is that those in Knoxville can meet at CFK to carpool, and we’ll probably try to get on the trail at about 10AM. For more details see Caleb or myself sometime this week. I will also give further information in a forthcoming blog post.
Tomorrow’s FREE Saturday morning workout is on though! So we will see you at 10AM at CrossFit Ktown for some fun loving fitness.
