Bench Press: 5-3-1

MetCon – 20 Minute AMRAP:
Max Push-Ups
8 Squat Snatches (95/65lbs)
400m Run
(Score = Total Push-Ups. No resting in the plank position.)


Now I know you guys aren’t slackers because you do CrossFit and CrossFit is hard, but it is almost to the end of the month and we have received ZERO submissions for a March scholarship athlete. Do you know of no one who deserves this award or someone who needs CrossFit? Do you, yourself not deserve it? This is easy; you only have to write a short essay!!! I know many of you are lawyers so a couple paragraphs is nothing. Maybe you don’t think this is a good idea. Should we not select someone to work out for FREE? To me, this sounds like an amazing deal.

After this post I think we will have several applications turned in next week for a March scholarship winner. If no one is nominated then sadly NO ONE will win.
