Summer is knocking on our door, and I suppose for some of our school kids “summer” has already begun. Summer always makes me think of school breaks and graduations; if you are or have graduated recently we are very proud of you! Two thumbs way up!

Two fellows who have been with us for the long haul are Chris Rolon, affectionately known as “Rolon,” and Corey Seaton (the guy you see with his shirt off jacked out and doing what looks like a miserable MetCon every day). Speaking of a graduation of sorts, they were just commissioned! Their last day, or at least I know for sure Rolon’s last day, will be this coming Monday, Memorial Day. Next time you see them, congratulate them on their amazing job well done!

We will miss you guys!

Rolon and the shirt tuck. Looking dapper and sweat never went so well together.

And 2 of our fine members will quietly walk away from our sight, and onto the invisible walls that safeguard our freedom and our peaceful lives. I am immensely proud to know, and know pretty well, such people as these, and many others of our members who serve in our defense and protection. The more precious they are to each of us, the greater the likelihood we will appreciate their sacrifice, or willingness to sacrifice.

    Bravo Zulu, Rolon and Corey.

Shout out to CFKtown for making me feel so welcomed when I visited on Thursday. I crossfit at CFMurfreesboro but was in town for a couple of days. Thanks for a great workout and some cool swag, too. ;)
