Every now and then it is good to have a laugh at yourself, or at CrossFit. We know and love CrossFit, but we also know CrossFitters can have some really dumb ideas and some really horrible form. I mean, weighted overhead squats on tires and handstands on barbells is just an accident waiting to happen.  The other day I re-watched the “CrossFit fail” videos. The guy who put together the compilation doesn’t understand some things about CrossFit, like the kipping pull-up, but it is still hilarious to see from an outside perspective. When you view some of the awful lifting form, please note if that has ever been you. If it has, now you see how dangerous it is and you will never ever ever do it again, right? No matter how much you want that next rep!

    I think it is hilarious that this topic is paired with of picture of ktown’s goofiest ladies. And speaking of dumb CF moves, ask Coach Markstash about his one-arm barbell snatches…
