That is some serious CrossFit pain right there.

Warm-up: 10 GHD Sit-Ups, 15 Reverse Hypers, 15 Walking Lunges x2, Foam Roll T-Spine

Snatch: Work to 1RM then 10 Singles at 70%

Back Squat: 3×5

MetCon – ¼ Angie:
25 Pull-Ups
25 Push-Ups
25 Sit-Ups
25 Air Squats

I know all of you have heard the saying, “No pain, No Gain.” Well sometimes it does take a little hurt or soreness to increase that fitness or reach your goals. Some MetCons are painful, put you on your butt, and push you to the extreme. When you finish I guarantee you ache and you may ache even more the next day or the day after that. It’s possible to hurt mentally, physically, or even emotionally (I know some of you have shed a few tears), but it only makes you stronger.

Obviously I’m not referring to pain like you pulled a muscle or sprained something and you push through it, I’m just talking about CrossFit pain. I think you guys have come to know the difference.

So, I was playing around on the internet and found this video. It kind of inspired this post and I thought it was funny. Enjoy.

CrossFit does hurt but in a good way,
