The O.G. of the CrossFit Regional Competition.

Warm-up: Foam Roll, 800m Run, (10 Low Bar Squats (45/25lbs), 10 Leg Swings (All Ways), 10 Chin-Ups, 10 Glute Bridges x3)

Deadlift: 3RM

MetCon – 5 Rounds for Time:
5 Deadlifts (No Drop) @ 70 % 3RM

Finisher: 3×20 GHD Sit-Ups or V-Ups or Leg Raises

Congratulations to everyone who competed in the Open and helped Team Jacked and Tan qualify for Regionals!!! Β We hope your support continues as the team trains for Regionals and then competes in early May. Does anyone want to come watch us? It will be a good time!

    More details will be needed, but i might like to come watch. Cheering at the garage games was so much fun, I’m sure it will be even better at regionals.
