The O.G. of the CrossFit Regional Competition.

Warm-up: Foam Roll, 800m Run, (10 Low Bar Squats (45/25lbs), 10 Leg Swings (All Ways), 10 Chin-Ups, 10 Glute Bridges x3)

Deadlift: 3RM

MetCon – 5 Rounds for Time:
5 Deadlifts (No Drop) @ 70 % 3RM

Finisher: 3×20 GHD Sit-Ups or V-Ups or Leg Raises

Congratulations to everyone who competed in the Open and helped Team Jacked and Tan qualify for Regionals!!!  We hope your support continues as the team trains for Regionals and then competes in early May. Does anyone want to come watch us? It will be a good time!

    More details will be needed, but i might like to come watch. Cheering at the garage games was so much fun, I’m sure it will be even better at regionals.

    When and where are regionals? Might want to come cheer everyone on. For all you grass-fed beef lovers there’s a $25 for $50 Groupon for Mother Earth Meats in Maryville. Stock up for your spring and summer grilling!
