-The CrossFit Games season is upon us! Tomorrow is the beginning of March…and March = Sectionals. For those of you who don’t know about the format this year, there is no actual place the sectionals will be held. All WODs will be posted from the HQ site and all competitors will be expected to do them either at an affiliate or videotape their performance. If you are interested in competing for yourself (individually) or if you would like to help our team make it to Regionals (that would be awesome!!!!), then please talk to a coach about how to get signed up. I’m getting psyched, and the more people we have on our team, the better chance at making regionals. You literally can’t hurt our team, you can ONLY help.
Sounds like fun, eh? Your first competition could be at your local gym, sounds comforting :)
