If you don’t read giant letters on whiteboards then you probably haven’t noticed our upcoming CrossFit Skinny program start date. It is next Monday, May 13th at 7:00 AM (as in the morning!). I am making a big deal about the time because previous Skinny classes have been held at 7:30pm. This new time is a trial; it may not always be like this for future Skinny sessions. There will be a 7:30 PM Thursday make-up class for those who can’t make any morning classes.
With that said, you DO NOT have to participate in any Skinny workouts to do the full nutritional program. They are optional and your weight loss needs do not depend on them (as weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise). Normal CrossFit Ktown classes can be attended instead.
Tonight we had an informational meeting on what the Skinny program entails. If you missed out or know someone else dying to do this class but didn’t show, please have them email email@example.com for more information.
