Exciting news guys and gals, the week of August 1st Ktown is starting a new class two nights a week (at 7:30pm)! Due to a massive amount of interest, I am starting a “CrossFit Skinny” class and program. The class will be targeted toward weight loss as will be the programming. Interest began for this program when I put Jessica Travers, now Layman, on a strict food regimen with a slightly different workout volume and programming.
This program will last 3 months total and will get you where you want to be, or at least on your way to it, but only if you take it seriously. This is taking a great deal of my time so there will be penalties for mess ups, etc. If it sounds harsh… you better believe it is.
The class will cost a total of $160. Why? Because you have an extra two classes per week to add onto your normal classes, and you basically have a nutritional guide at your beckon call. There are many details to the program I am leaving out and will go in depth at a short meeting on Wednesday of this week at 7:30pm. If you can’t make the meeting, but are interested, please get with me to discuss details.
So if you want those CrossFit abs you saw on the Games competitors, you better get your butt to my class. After all, CrossFit is just about looking good right? (Meaghan Galindo). *Winky face.*
