-What a wonderful day at CrossFit Ktown! The CrossFit total is used as the litmus test for strength measuring amongst the CrossFit community, and our athletes proved their worth today. With two of our athletes topping a 1,000 lb. total and the ladies pulling in some unreal numbers, the strength bias cycle has obviously paid off! So congratulations to everyone who killed themselves these past seven weeks, pat yourselves on the back, and take tomorrow off if you totaled today! Enjoy some wonderful pictures from today!
