Friends, Ktowners, brothers and sisters in sweat, lend me your eyes.  I come to bury the week that was, not rehash it.  The pain we suffered lives on after the MetCons; the adaptation is immured within us.  The noble Samantha has already spoken about CrossFit Ktown’s ambition.

The speech turns a bit from where I want to go; so I’ll let that horrible inspiration expire.  Let me just say to come to the FREE Saturday class tomorrow.  Heck, bring a friend.  Bring an enemy!  Just let us know which is which so we know who to scale up.
