-Me too! I’m beat. First off, congratulations to all of you who have been bearing with us throughout the last couple weeks of programming…especially to those of you who have been coming every day! There has been a LOT of volume in January and next week will be a well-deserved week of tapered back volume. We’ll continue to be doing hard work (as always), but periods of programming are needed where sub-maximal volume is mandatory in order to fight off that residual fatigue. I don’t want any of you guys crashing and burning; ruining all of this linear progress we’ve experienced, especially those of you competing next weekend. Speaking of next weekend, don’t forget;
