    Death Day 2 – workout 6:00-7:00AM…9:00AM the girls at work are still commenting on my “sunburn” when in fact my face has yet to return to it’s natural pallor…8:00PM…finally home from work, staring at the wall with a tennis ball in hand, trying to decide what to do first…9:00 stumble to bed with nightmares of thrusters surely to come…

    also, like james said yesterday everyone should watch rugby 7’s on nbc this weekend. Dartmouth is playing and it may be the only time you get to see Dartmouth do anything on national tv

    I think I sweat out about 6 pounds yesterday! Tough workout, but absolutely loved it!

    And yes, the back muscles are 100% CFKT’s fault. ;c)

    Awesome WOD! Miss J definitely kicked my a$$ yesterday. Worst part was the HSPU right after thruster. There was an evil mind behind that one… Saturday and Sunday 4pm on NBC will be some fast pace rugby action. Check it out.

    Isn’t there something wrong with my mom if after that workout we did yesterday she doesnt even feel a pang of soreness? who’s bringing intensity to their workouts? obviously not margot! :)

    loved the metcon…you managed to get 2 rope throws out of me with the double unders jessie. you prolly could’ve gotten 2 more, but i was too tired. grant,if you have double unders, wall balls, or ohs in your metcon…i will burn the rope, stab the ball, and never wad up a paper towel in the bathroom ever again.
