What a great day one!  We had four classes with 20+ people dropping barbells and cheering each other on to the finish.  I love Death Days.  I love the atmosphere and camaraderie.  It definitely is the Fellowship of Shared Suffering.  And I love that we are all mostly doing this for a free t-shirt.  The things we can get people to do for a free t-shirt…

    Free T-shirts excite me not these days. But, the fact that i will regret it for a whole year if I don’t complete the week does.

    ps..this doesn’t mean I won’t take the t-shirt though.
