Warm-up: 2 Rounds – 10 Pistols, 10 Dips, 10 GHD Sit-ups, 10 Reverse Hypers, 10 Walking Lunges

MetCon – Tabata FML:
Front Squat (135/95lbs)
Double Unders
Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25lb plate)
Push-ups

And so it begins.  Death Days 2010 has kicked off here at CrossFit Ktown, and even though it was Memorial Day we had many Ktowners come in and break a bit of a sweat.  I look forward to seeing even more of you tomorrow.

    Day 1 was pretty tough. Looking forward to day 2…On another note, check out UT rugby this weekend at the Collegiate National Championship 7s tournament. It will air live on NBC. I believe they are ranked 7th in the nation and they beat the Possums by a substantial margin last week in a friendly scrimmage.

    Double unders killed my score. The front squats deeeeemolished my legs, so I couldn’t jump after that.

    My daughter is so annoying. She is shuffleing around the store, not able to use her arms or legs.
