In case you haven’t heard next week is Death Days! If this is your first experience with Death Days aka Hell Week then know this… EVERY MEMBER is allowed to participate in all 5 days. If you only pay for 3x/week, you are still invited to participate in all 5 days (not to say that you have to)! This is a great camaraderie building experience as well as a Ktown tradition, but not a good week to bring your buddies who have never CrossFitted before. In the past if you complete all 5 days, IN A ROW, then you receive a free t-shirt. Word on the street is the t-shirts are a go, so get your game faces on.
