We have had a good week so far at CrossFit Ktown! PR’s on the squat, deadlift, and bench press have been set, kipping pull-ups have been learned, and MetCons have been destroyed. Tomorrow the week only gets better. The workout is going to be taxing (like all Friday MetCons are), but you guys are going to like it. I hope.
Also, the Dogwood Mile is tomorrow night with festivities beginning at 5:30pm and the actual mile starting at 8:30pm. Samantha DeMange (our awesome guest post writer for this week) will be volunteering there and running the mile. You all should join her. It sounds like fun.
Lastly, because I have no super important things to talk about I’m just going to post a bunch of pictures from this week’s workouts.
