10 Minutes to establish a 1RM Power Clean

MetCon – For Reps

AMRAP in 5 min. of Power Cleans @ 85% of 1RM
AMRAP in 5 min. of Burpees
AMRAP in 3 min. of Sit-Ups

Don’t forget about the Ktown Golf Classic; it’s coming up NEXT SATURDAY (The 20th)! There are still some slots available.  Also, Linda is the following Saturday (27th).  If you don’t plan on working out you can of course come in and cheer your fellow Ktowners on!  Paleo food is welcome!!
