Plyometric Bench Press: 50%x3x10 (3 reps, 10 sets – 30 seconds to 1 minute rest between sets)
Finisher: 25 GHD Sit-Ups, 25 Weighted Sit-Ups (50/25lbs), 25 Knees-2-Elbows
