Great Saturday class and seminar! I know my snatch will be perfect once the cast is off. Sucks I had to leave early but it was a perfect day to watch the Possums beat the Renegades 95-5. A win this coming Saturday will put us in the play-offs as the #1 seed.

Great job everyone on the paleo challenge, I know the voting will be tough. The Olympic Lift seminar (#1) was a blast and incredibly helpful. Can’t wait for the next one.

    James, congrats to the Possums!

    Possums are dismantling teams…

Thanks to everyone who came out for the Olympic lifting seminar. I hope everyone improved their snatch and will PR in the coming weeks!
