REMEMBER: Our Free Saturday class begins tomorrow at 10AM! I know you guys are psyched to come to it. It is supposed to be a pretty day so maybe we will do something outside. Secondly and more importantly… our Olympic Lifting Seminar is tomorrow after the free class at 11AM. It will last approximately 2 hours and then we’ll grab food afterwards.
