February is going to be a month packed full of competitions, fun events (like Sunspot Social Hour), birthdays, O-lifting meets, and maybe a few cancelled Saturday free classes. (I know, sorry, but there is so much fun stuff)! Keep your ear to the ground and your eyes to the whiteboards/ our website for details when it gets a little closer to time.

How about that thruster/burpee combo,
<3 Coach Miss J

Just having a good time.

Tabatas are tough. Tabata 95lb Thrusters is really tough. Alternate them with Burpees- that’s just mean…

Have you ever had an “off day” that, when you hear how tough the WOD is for the day, you feel bad for missing it? Sometimes I have even re-arranged my schedule to go in and hit it head-on.

Yesterday was not one of those days.

And am I reading this correctly, that I will be doing this when I visit the gym this evening…?
