Just a friendly reminder that we will be having our FREE Saturday class tomorrow at 10AM.  If you haven’t checked us out yet, tomorrow would be a good time.  Our FREE Saturday classes offer up a fun loving atmosphere with some introductory movements that will still make you sweat.  Don’t be shy, get in the door.  I will supply the coffee (bring your own cup).

Also, lest you missed our posts pertaining to the Olympic lifting seminar, we have set a date of March 27th immediately following our free morning class, 11AM.  Sign-ups are on the board.  Do it, do it. O-lifting seminar, do it.
