This Saturday was off the chain. We almost had 30 people show up. The warm-up got crazy, and the workout was even crazier. Good work to all who showed up. Sorry to those that missed it. We dragged tires, flipped a big ole tire, push pressed, sprinted, and did all kinds of crazy things.
