FX should scale squat clean to plate snatch + OHS. So for every 1 clean you would perform 1 plate snatch + 1 plate OHS.

If time will be an issue for you scale the second run to 1 mile or 800m. Or if it is a real time crunch (morning folk) skip the final run.
