B): Metcon (Time)

Competition:

70 lateral over the bar burpees

EMOM beginning on 0:00, perform 7 push press 75/65lbs

– workout finishes after 70th burpee

– 2 foot take-off and landing required for Rx

– 15 min time cap

XTRA): Metcon (Time)

30 dball cleans to over the yoke for time (150/100lbs)
