The Taylor Layman Special:

50-40-30-20-10 cal row

15-12-9-6-3 135/85lb bench press

Bench press scale would be ~60-70% of max. If you are going to scale it plan on doubling up with someone else and use the same weight! 20 min cap. Every rep left uncompleted at cap is +1 sec to 20:00.

XTRA): Metcon (No Measure)

Don’t forget about Jess and Taylor’s BEER WOD tonight at 7PM at Ktown. We will break into teams and do a short relay type race where you will have to chug a beer at the end. :) Hijinks will ensue.
