Build to heavy single of complex:
1 clean high pull
1 hang clean pull
1 hang clean
As a weight guide, do not release bar until after the hang clean. Focus on thigh contact for all 4 movements.
B: Metcon (5 Rounds for weight)
10 UB thrusters building weight
Tough but UB sled push down and back in gym
Rest 2 min, x5
Perform thrusters behind rigs out of way of sleds. Score weight each round only if UB.
