Max Effort 5k Run
Route begins in the gym. Jog down the hill and turn right on to the sidewalk at bottom. Follow sidewalk east to intersection of Middlebrook and Liberty. Turn around and follow sidewalk back to hill, run up hill, time stops when you enter the gym!
