A: Front Squat (5-5-5-3-3)

B: DB Bench Press (3 sets of 5 reps, after each set of 5 perform…)

Drop by 10lbs each hand and perform 7 reps.

Drop by 10lbs each hand and perform 9 reps.

Drop by 10lbs each hand and perform 11 reps.

Drop by 10lbs each hand and perform 13 reps.

First set should be a 5RM. If you need to do slightly less on your set of 5 in rounds 2 and 3, so be it.

XTRA: Metcon (2 Rounds for time)

800m hill run, rest 2 min, x2
