SP A): Snatch (1RM)

You will have 10 minutes to warm-up the snatch. Then the clock will be set for 10 minutes for you to hit a 1RM. Begin with an empty bar.

FX A1: DB Press (5×5 HAP)

FX A2: Suitcase Deadlift (5×5 @ tough weight – use 1 KB)

SP B): Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 rounds of 3 min on 1 min off:

3 MU

6 PC 60%

9 DL

FX B): Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 rounds of 3 min on 1 min off:

3 C2B

6 PC 60% or KBS moderate

9 DL or KB DL
