Remember Ktowners… bring a friend week is next week! You can bring one or two or MORE friends with you all week or mix-n-match friends per days. Don’t worry about fundamentals before bringing tour friends. After the week is over if your friend wants to join Ktown they will go through fundamentals then. Expect some partner workouts!
It’s also important to note that O-lifting class is being moved back to Thursday nights at 7:30pm now that CrossFit Skinny is over.
