Everything is better with a friend, so join us for the Bring a Friend Week. We invite you to try out our group classes for FREE! See what the hype from your bestie is all about, get a great workout, and maybe win some prizes.
All fitness levels are welcome – we promise! Our coaches love working with Crossfit newbies and veterans alike. Remember, all workouts can be tailored to accommodate your experience, comfort level or medical history. The only thing we don’t modify is fun.
What to Expect:
- Members will welcome you. Some may look intimidating, but they were once new to CrossFit too.
- Coaches will work with you. Please trust us to take good care of you.
- You will learn something new. We may ask you to try something you have never done before.
- You will sweat! Dress accordingly and bring water.
