Warm-up: 10 1-arm KB Swings Each Arm, Dead Hang (15s), 10 Push Ups, 10 Air Squats x2, Foam Roll

2 Rounds Not for Time:
Max Muscle-Ups with Turn-Out
15 Bounding Box Jumps
30s Fast Double-Unders

MetCon – For Time:
Handstand Push-Ups
Straight Leg Sit-Ups

Attention Garage Games competitiors…

If you are competing this weekend here are some things to keep in mind to bring:

1) Warm clothes/ multiple changes of clothes/ moisture wicking/ cotton tee for C&J ladder

2) Gloves (sticky or work gloves) to grip a cold barbell

3) Earwarmers/ multiple wool socks

4) Toilet Paper

5) Nutrition for in between workouts (fruit, veggies, trail mix, Gu/ energy bars/ energy powder/ energy gels, protein powder, beef jerky, CLIF bars, Β deli meats, almond butter, anything you can stomach between workouts)

6) WATER!!!

7) Camera

8) Folding Chair and blanket

9) LAX Ball or something to roll on


11) Trail Shoes/ O-shoes/ Other tennis shoes

This is all I can think of for right now. Look to facebook for anything else I think of.
