If you are competing this weekend here are some things to keep in mind to bring:
1) Warm clothes/ multiple changes of clothes/ moisture wicking/ cotton tee for C&J ladder
2) Gloves (sticky or work gloves) to grip a cold barbell
3) Earwarmers/ multiple wool socks
4) Toilet Paper
5) Nutrition for in between workouts (fruit, veggies, trail mix, Gu/ energy bars/ energy powder/ energy gels, protein powder, beef jerky, CLIF bars, deli meats, almond butter, anything you can stomach between workouts)
6) WATER!!!
7) Camera
8) Folding Chair and blanket
9) LAX Ball or something to roll on
10) FISH OIL!
11) Trail Shoes/ O-shoes/ Other tennis shoes
