Warm-up: 10 Side Lunges, 10 Serratus Push-Ups, Handstand Hold (30 seconds), 15 Suitcase KB DLs (70/50lbs) x2

Mobility: Foam Roll Quads/Hamstrings (5 minutes), LAX Ball High Quad/ Hamstring on Box (1 minute each side), 15 Good Mornings (45/25lbs)

Power Clean: 10×2 @ 70% 1RM (Touch-N-Go)

MetCon – 3 Rounds for Time:
10 DB Hang Power Cleans (50/30lbs)
10 Clapping Push-Ups
20 Sit-Ups
Rest 3 Minutes Between Rounds
