-We shall repeat Cindy, the love of our life, tomorrow and Friday. Make sure you are well rested, hydrated, fueled and ready to beat the bricks off of your previous score! This will conclude the second main cycle of programming here at CrossFit Ktown. As opposed to the CrossFit strength bias, post to comments which cycle you have enjoyed better, and which cycle you believe has improved your weaknesses most. For those of you who have just recently joined in the past month or so, post to comments what you feel has improved the most this past month.
