9 Box jumps, 9 sit-ups, sprint 50m
Repeat with 8 reps – 1 rep, the sprint is always 50m
Thanks to everyone who showed up to the Halloween workout and party. It was hilarious and awesome to see some of your costume creativity! The MetCon for the Halloween group may not have been as hard as some, but I still saw people sweating so I guess we are good. I think the best costume award goes to Team Slocum with Erin as “Fran” and Ben as “Fight Gone Bad.”
Don’t forget: For some more Halloween workout action we have our FREE Saturday class tomorrow at 10am with an open gym following. Feel free to wear costumes, I know I will.
